Here at Signature Web Design we strive on Customer Satisfaction and one way of securing this is by offering a secure site free of any Adult graphic content (soft and/or hardcore) Child Pornography, or hatred messages including racism, sexism, and any racial superiority.

Email is a person-to-person medium and not a broadcast medium."Mail-bombing" or "spamming" will be grounds for termination of the clients account. Other activities such as unsolicited, junk, chain letters, impersonating another person, using forged email or indentifying information, IRC bots in violation of any accepted policies on IRC servers and running an IRC server or providing IRC related services on Signature Webs network.

Any sites found with any of the above material will be terminated immediately and no money will be refunded. Any websites that promote activities that violate federal, state, local, or US export laws such as "warez" hacking or cracking programs, or distributing Adult website pass-words will also be terminated with no refunds or explanations.

Files such as Layer-3 music (MP3's), Emulators and/or Roms protected by copyright laws are strictly forbidden. Any sites found to have ANY of the above violations of our acceptable use policy will be disabled, removed and a $250 deletion fee. Signature Web Design and Hosting reserves the right to delete any and/or all files within an account of any website violating these policies.

Customers will be responsible for keeping thier accounts up to date in monthly dues. A bill will be due when recieved. If payment is not recieved by (1) week of the due date, the website will be suspended and will not be accessible until the dues are paid in full plus a $25 reinstatement fee. Any returned checks will be subject to a $15 return check fee plus suspension of thier website until dues are paid in full. Click HERE to view the full policy
